Where are henjen handbags produced?
We produce our bags right here in the USA.
Do you have other sizes/styles available?
We’re working on it! Many are in the planning stages so check back
often to see what we have added.
How do I care for my bag?
Spot clean outside pocket and trim. The interior can be pulled inside out
and handwashed. Do not machine wash.
What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns of unused bags (minus a 20% restocking
fee) provided that you contact us within 5 days of receiving your bag. We
will then authorize the return and must receive it within 7 days of that
authorization date.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For your protection, please send your merchandise using a method of shipping that can be tracked.
Merchandise that has been damaged or used cannot be returned.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
What is your privacy policy?
Please be assured that your personal information will never be sold or shared. We take that responsibility very seriously.
